Kassandra’s Mexican Kitchen, named after owner Juan Perez’s daughter, was built on faith, family, and a love for cooking. After leaving the roofing industry, Juan worked his way up in restaurants and eventually opened Kassandra’s with his wife, Gloria.

 

The restaurant has grown into a true community spot in Keller, where regulars are treated like family and some even have menu items named after them.

Juan’s philosophy is simple: live a good life, lead with heart, and always give thanks. At Kassandra’s, every dish is made with love—and every guest is welcomed like home.
